[CUCBC Captains] Cardinals Regatta

Dear all,
The river level has dropped substantially overnight and the stream is
generally low.  The flag has therefore been changed to yellow, after a full
assessment of the river up to Baitsbite.  I apologise that this change was
not made before lighting down but it is difficult to fully assess the river
in the dark.  Only experienced coxes should boat, given that much of the
bank is not visible along Riverside and downstream of the Railway Bridge.
 Please take care, and spin in plenty of time because the stream is still
noticeable.  Please also take care along the towpath as the wintry
conditions have made part of it very slippery.
