[CUCBC Coxes] Powered vessels in middle of river

Dear all,

I hope the summer vacation is treating you well. If you have crews or small boats heading out, please warn them that in addition to the silt causing issues on the corners, there is now significant weed which is forcing powered vessels to stay closer to the middle of the river. They won’t be there to cause problems, but simply because they have no choice!
