[CUCBC Coxes] Early morning noise

Dear Captains, Dear Coxes,
Please be reminded of the early morning noise rules.
Minimal noise before 0730 above the railway bridge - no coaching from the
bank nor coxes seat, and most definitely no shouting from the bank. (unless
required for safety reasons.)

If you are doing reach runs you must cease excessive noise (ie stop
coaching and turn down loud coxboxes) when upstream of the Railway Bridge.

Several complaints have now come through, and crews identifiable will be
fined. Please notify your coaches of this as well, as the crew will be
fined if a loud coach is present with them.

Note that persistent complaints risks restrictions being placed on college
rowing from the council/Cam Conservators, which does no-one favours.

Please be mindful of the other river users and residents.
