The Valenciennes’ rowing club (North of France) has the pleasure to invite you 
to the 20th edition of the European boat-race Sunday April 10th 2011.
 
 After a two years break, this race is again registered on the rowing regional 
and national competitions calendar. This competition is opened to every rower, 
J12, J14, J16, J18, Senior, Master and university,  licensed to a FISA 
affiliated federation. However, the competition is placed under FFSA(French 
Federation)  rules.
You will find attached all the informations required about the registration and 
the day’s program.
