Dear all,

Please remember the Getting-On Race takes place tomorrow.  The river
will be closed below the Penny Ferry from 17.30 until 18.45 (although
racing may well finish earlier, in which case the river will then be
open).  Crews wishing to go over the lock during the Getting-On Race
must be at Baitsbite before 17.30.  Evening hours afterwards are
combined for one day only.

On Saturday, Strawberry Fair takes place on Midsummer Common.  The
weather forecast is currently bad, but if it is better than expected
then people have been known to go swimming in the river - so please
take care past the boathouses!

Bumps programmes should also now be available in porters' lodges in
all colleges - please do buy one!
