[CUCBC Captains] Change to Rule 3 of Regulations for Racing

Dear all,

 

Many thanks to those who attended the EGM on Saturday. The proposed change
to Rule 3 regarding the eligibility of trans and non-binary rowers in CUCBC
races was passed. 

The handbook on the website has now been updated and is available here:
https://cucbc.org/handbook/racing/general

This rule will be in effect immediately and shall apply for Lent Bumps.
Please look through the change and requirements for eligibility. 

Clubs should contact organisers of the remaining College races this term
directly if they have questions on their alignment with this new rule.
