[CUCBC Captains] Obstruction in the river

Hello all,

It seems with all the winds today a narrow boat has come loose and is
currently perpendicular in the river just before green dragon. (See photo.)

It's currently stationary with no one seemingly around trying to move it.

You may need to carry boats around to Stourbridge Common in the meantime.
