Dear All,

I am Matilda Horn, CUBC Women's Assistant Coach.
We will be running the Dev Squad again this season. We will have 2 sessions on Thursday 23rd & Thursday 30th November.
We will make these first 2 sessions technique focussed.
The sessions will be 45 mins and run in 3 groups beginning at 4pm, 5pm & 6pm.

We will then communicate next steps with 2 more ergos at the end of January. After this we will put together a bit more of a plan ahead of BUCS regatta.

Expectations for March 2024: 2km OW Sub 7:30 and LW Sub 8:00
