[CUCBC Captains] Early morning noise reminder

Dear all,

Please remind all relevant coxes and coaches (and crews) that people still
live on the houseboats even outside of term; we should be considerate at
all times but particularly continue to avoid unnecessary noise upstream of
the railway bridge (in both directions) before 07.30.

This message will also be shared with town clubs (*cough*Cantabs). Let's be
the better river-users here.
