[CUCBC Captains] Informal coxes "chat"/forum on racing bumps tomorrow 18th 6:15pm

Dear Coxes,

>From the most recent captain's meeting, it was felt by all that it would be
a good idea to run an informal coxing meeting on how to race bumps and
races in general, kindly led by Isabel Nimmo (CUCBC coxing rep and very
seasoned town and college bumps cox).

The aim is to give you a chance to ask the questions about coxing races
which may have been unanswered so far, understand how some
bumps-experienced coxes approach bumps, and share any concerns and worries
in a safe, supportive space (and anonymously - I'll try and figure out how
to do that.)

*This is less about the safety aspects of bumps, which will be covered by
the mandatory coxes briefing next Sunday, and more about how to get the
best racing lines and how to get the most out of your rowers. A cox can
make or break a race by their calls, racing lines and split-second
decisions.*

Apologies the notice has come so late, unfortunately University work and
life has got the better of some of us (i.e. me) whilst volunteering to run
this.
