[CUCBC Captains] Lents 2022- Start order, GoR, Scratch Deadlines

Dear all,
The provisional start order for the Lent Bumps is available on the website
here: http://www.cucbc.org/bumps/startorder/24

The bottom division will be a split division with 9 men’s crews and 9
women’s crews.


Please note that we’ve had a very large entry this year, and we are limited
to seven divisions by the time the university will let us start the races
and daylight hours, so unfortunately there’s going to be a lot of
competition for places in the Getting-On Race. The Getting-On Race will be
held in the afternoon of Friday 25th February. There will be three
divisions. More details will be confirmed soon and will be published here:

Please also note that Clare Hall M1, Lucy Cavendish M1, Addenbrooke’s M1,
Clare Hall W1 and ARU W1 are all artificially higher up than they will be
in the final start order; crews which were taken off from above them and
who successfully regain their place in the Getting-On race will go back on
ahead of them.


*The scratch deadlines are as follows:*
The deadline for scratching completely for a full refund is *Wednesday 23rd
Feb at 17:00*.
The deadline for scratching completely for a half refund is *Thursday 24th
Feb at 17:00*.
If you would like to switch a crew to racing for time only, you are
eligible for a half refund so long as you tell us by *Thursday 24th Feb at
17:00*.

Crews which haven’t scratched and don’t race will still be charged the full
entry fee.

Unfortunately there will not be any Bumps Programmes this year.
