[CUCBC Captains] Nines Regatta River Closure

Dear all,

Apologies for the late notice, but the race times that Nines Regatta
originally provided to the Cam Conservators are not correct; the river
closure will actually be from midday to 18:00.

Please adjust your outing times accordingly.
