[CUCBC Captains] Fairbairns 2018 - Morning Outings and Start Order

Dear all,

After discussion among the CUCBC committee it has been agreed that the
two-boat rule *will* be in force on Thursday 29th November but it *will not*
be in force on Friday 30th November.
