[CUCBC Captains] Winter League (Sunday 21st January)

Dear all,

Following discussion with the CRA, crews which have made prior arrangement
with Jess to row through between divisions 1 & 2 or 2 & 3 may boat before
11am if necessary to get to Green Dragon in time for their row through slot.
