[CUCBC Captains] S&C - Next Weekend

Dear Captains,

The minutes from the Captains' Meeting have been published on the website
and can be found here: http://www.cucbc.org/minutes. I have also attached
them to this email.

You should have recieved the correct version of this term's bill via email
from Dan Wilkins, the senior treasurer. There were errors in generating the
initial bills sent round, so please check you are looking at the correct
one. If you have not got it, please email us ASAP and we will resend it to
you. The payment is due by *Friday 12th May*. The bank details are at the
bottom of your bill. If you have any issues please contact
seniortreasurer at cucbc.org

May Bumps entries are now open on the CUCBC website. As per usual you will
need your club log in  for the CUCBC website in order to enter your crews.
Entries cost £40 per crew. The deadline for entering and paying for May
Bumps is *Friday 12th May at 23:45*.

When paying your termly bill and bumps entries (bank details at the bottom
of your bill), please send an email to seniortreasurer at cucbc.org to confirm
your payment amount and the reference you used. Unclaimed payments are
treated as charitable donations to CUCBC.

Once you have entered all your crews on the CUCBC website, you must
complete the Bumps Programme Crew List Form. This is available here:
http://www.thebumps.co.uk/crewlists. The deadline for this is also *Friday
12th May at 23:45*. If you have any issues with submitting crew lists for
the Bumps Programme, you should email George Gilbert (george.gilbert@
metaswitch.com).

Finally, applications are now open for joining the CUCBC Committee for next
year. We would like to formally vote in a new Honorary Secretary at the
next Captains' Meeting (Sunday 11th June) so that the committee is ready
for the start of Michaelmas Term. We also need new people to join the
Executive Committee to help out with race organisation and admin. The more
people we have on the committee, the less each person has to do! Anyone
from your club that is interested in joining the committee or just wants to
find out more about what it entails should email David Munday (
chair at cucbc.org). The Honorary Secretary has to be a current student, but
other committee members do not have to be current students. So please pass
this on to the rest of your club or anyone you think would be interested.
