[CUCBC Captains] Mays Marshals Rota & Captains Meeting Minutes

Dear Captains,

Minutes from last nights committee meeting have now been published on the
CUCBC website here (http://www.cucbc.org/minutes) I have also attached them
to this email.

Please remember that:

   - the marshal you provide should be vaguely competent - ideally they’ve
   done one set of bumps before
   - If you can’t find anyone, let the CUCBC committee know
   - There are fines for ‘failure to provide a marshal’ - £15 first
   offence, £30 2nd offence, £45 third offence
   - There are also fines for incompetent marshals so don’t send anyone
   that has no idea what they are doing
