Thank you very much to everyone who has signed up to umpire the Lents.
We're about halfway to the number of Umpires we need to run the races,
so *Captains
please encourage anyone who's eligible to consider some umpiring*. Even
doing a few divisions on one day is better than none!

A reminder that everyone who volunteers for umpiring before Monday 20th Feb
will count against their college's marshal allocation. Finally, don't
forget there's the Umpires Dinner to thank everyone for their efforts.
