[CUCBC Captains] Tideway Coxing Talk

Dear Captains,

At long last, I can confirm that CUCBC will run a coxing talk next week on
Wednesday the 2nd, aiming to start at 6pm, looking principally at the
racing line down the WEHoRR/HoRR course, but also discussing navigation and
marshalling on Tideway.

I'll send out a reminder and some more info once bumps are over (and
possibly the post-BCD hangovers too), but wanted to pop this out now as a
quick heads up.
