Dear Captains,

At this term's Captains' meeting, it was decided that fines would be
publicized at the end of each week. This week's fine were:
- St Edmund's M1 drifted into Homerton M1. Dealt with amicably by the two
crews. Warning issued.
- Caius M2 boated before 15 minutes after lighting down. Boating at an
illegal time, first offence: £25.
- King's IV on the wrong side of the river and steering dangerously. Broken
rudder. No fines issued.
