[CUCBC Captains] Heel Restraints

Dear Captains,

Entries are now open for Newnham Short Course 2014, which will be held on
Saturday the 1st of Feb.

The race will run from the Motorway Bridge to the Railway Bridge with
intermediate timings at the Plough (in a throwback to the old 'short' Short
Course). There will be prizes for the fastest boat in each of the six
divisions (W1, M1, W2, M2, W lower, M lower).
This year we are sponsored by Unilever, who are helping us to make sure
this event runs as smoothly as possible (and are planning to provide
freebie samples to competitors).

Entries cost £42 per crew and will be open until the 25th of Jan (late
entries with a small fine until the 28th). See the NCBC website for entry

Row throughs between divisions will be possible on a first come first
