[CUCBC Captains] Launches and Kill Cords

Dear Captains,

It appears the captains list is causing some problems today, this has been
held without sending for some time.

There have been almost no volunteers to help with marshaling Uni IVs this
week.

*Without marshals there will be no races*, therefore we have made a rota
based on the entries, see below for the list.

It is essential that if you are assigned a slot that someone turns up: we
are tight enough as it is. Otherwise it will be necessary to fine similar
to Bumps.

Marshals for the early division meet 13:30 at the Combined Boat Houses
(i.e. King's, Selwyn, ...), the late division meet 14:30 at finish (i.e.
railway bridge).

Swapping with another college is allowed as long as you sort it between you
and someone turns up otherwise you are still responsible for your slots.

On a side note, despite all the horror stories, it seems that the storm is
not going to be as bad as it was made out to be, in which case it will be
yellow flag. If the flag is red, it will have to be rearranged.
