[CUCBC Captains] Large Start Order Update

Dear Captains

Due to scratches a large start order update has just been made.

All crews from the top of division 4 and below have moved 1 or 2 places up.
Please be aware this has shifted a number of crews across division
boundaries so please make sure you are aware of when you are racing!!!
