*Captains: please pass this message on to your Lower Boats Captains*

 

Hi all

 

As in previous years, CUCBC will be running a course for *all* Lower Boats
Captains, 4-6pm, Wednesday 5 October in the Umney Theatre at Robinson
College.

 

The course will cover the basics of coaching novice rowers, give advice on
effective coaching and will give important information on safety aspects.
The LBCs from each college club are expected to attend, and a register of
attendance will be taken. Those who cannot attend in person should send a
suitable representative.
