Dear All,

With the enjoyments and distractions of term now over (skiing aside), 
could I please ask that you all make sure that your club completes the 
BR annual safety audit? Full details are to be found on the BR website - 
please ask their webmaster if you need help accessing your club's form.

The deadline for responses is the 31st December. Any clubs not having 
completed the form by this date will be unable to enter BR races (e.g. 
HoRR) until their response has been accepted. However, for the sake of 
my social life I'd ask you to complete the audits as far before 
Christmas as possible; I'm not going to be sitting at home on New Year's 
Eve reading the 20-odd outstanding audit forms.

Please note that those alumni clubs who occasionally race off-Cam are 
not exempt from this. The form is, however, much simpler as you can 
simply claim your college club as a 'host', rendering 90% of the form 
superfluous and able to be left blank.
