[CUCBC Captains] BR Annual Safety Audits

Dear All,

It would appear today (the deadline for responses) that there are about 
10 clubs who have not yet submitted their annual British Rowing safety 
audits. As a result of this, you will be unable to enter any BR events 
until your submission has been reviewed and accepted.

Under rule 5b of the Safety section of the CUCBC handbook this means 
that you are also ineligible to enter CUCBC races. Practically speaking, 
this means that have some 5 or 6 weeks to complete your audits before 
the deadline for Lent Bumps entries. Any clubs with ideas of entering 
Tideway races would do well to get this sorted rather sooner though.
