[CUCBC Captains] Colleges at HBR

Captains,

Please find attached a document relating to the colleges racing this year at
HBR.  The only change being that another method to choose the crews that
race can be made at the captains meeting if so wished, the only proviso
being that any decision must apply equally to both the men's and women's
crews.
