Dear Captains and Water Safety Officers,

Please ensure the attached Safety Form is completed by your club's safety
officer no later than Monday, 2nd November.  Instructions for this form are
at the top of the form itself.  It can be completed by email and sent to the
address specified on the form.

This fulfills your obligation under rule 5c of the handbook:
That any Club that has failed to submit the written statement referred to
above by the end of Week 4 of the Michaelmas Term will be banned from using
the river until the CUCBC Safety Adviser has confirmed receipt of the
statement from the club concerned.
