I have just been reminded by Stuart Ward, the British Rowing  Hon Water
Safety Adviser, that ALL clubs should, as part of the development of their
safety practices, complete the ARA Club Water Safety Audit. The necessary
forms and instructions can be found on the  ARA web site:

Where in the ARA instruction it asks the clubs to return a copy to your
Regional Water Safety Adviser in the Colleges case that will be me. The
deadline for completion of the audit is the *31st December 2009*
