Dear all,

Voting on the new CUBC constitution will take place at 18:15 this Sunday in
the Engineering Department.  Attached is a map of the department building
you need to go to.  I will send the new constitution out this evening for
you to look at and some notes from Martin Haycock.

YOU NEED YOUR UNIVERSITY CARD TO ACCESS THE BUILDING.

Those eligible to vote are the CUBC President, CUBC VP, CUBC Blues and
Goldie colours in residence, CUWBC President, CULRC President and Mens
Captains (1 vote per club).

The Honorary Secretary elections will also take place at the meeting.  Giles
Moon is only candidate standing.
