[CUCBC Captains] River closures

Dear all,

A reminder of river closures from now until Lents:

   - Friday 20th - Getting-On Race, closed below Chesterton from 1.40pm to
   4.00pm
   - Saturday 21st - river open all day to college crews
   - Sunday 22nd - CRA Winter League, closed below Chesterton until 3pm
   (although marshals may request you to wait if the event overruns)
   - Tuesday 24th to Saturday 28th - Lent Bumps, see CUCBC website for
   details.

The flag is likely to change to green at some point tomorrow, though
possibly not midday; all inexperienced crews must have competent bank
parties to help them at all times, particularly whilst boating and landing.
