[CUCBC Coxes] Strong winds

Dear all,

The forecast for the next few days is for strong winds.  A flag may be
required at times; please check the Flag Outlook on the CUCBC website
for updates.  Please remember that the final decision about whether or
not to boat rests with the cox of the crew concerned, and no crew
should boat if they are not confident in the conditions, irrespective
of the flag status.
