Subject: Environment Agency annual fisheries survey of the River Cam


Dear All

 

Please be advised that the Environment Agency's Fisheries Team is intending to conduct its annual fish population survey of the River Cam at the following locations next week:

 

Midsummer Common, Monday 26th July

 

Fen Ditton, Wednesday 28th July

 

Baits Bite Lock, Friday 30th July

 

Clayhithe Bridge, date to be confirmed

 

Approximate hours: 7.30am to 1pm.

 

On each occasion, two nets will be stretched across the river from bank to bank and there will be personnel in the water. Navigators are asked to proceed with caution.
