relieving themselves on the Common, in full view of passers-by! Not even

urinating on the Common.</span></font></p>

Green Dragon Bridge using it as a toilet. Their boat was by the bridge on
the Stourbridge Common side - I couldn't see the boat nos etc.</span></font></p>

the City later for a meeting so if I do catch anyone ‘in the act’,
