Outlook: Occasional strong gusts on the Reach and non-negligible stream. All coxes, particularly those of slower or stationary crews, should be alert and proactive in ensuring they stay where they should be on the river. As always, crews must make their own assessment of the criteria and judge for themselves whether boating is appropriate.
