[CUCBC Coxes] Pontoon in the Baitsbite Spinning Zone

Dear all,

There is currently a pontoon moored in the spinning zone at Baitsbite Lock.
This is currently pushing crews to spin closer to the weir, which isn't
ideal now, and could become much more dangerous if the stream picks up.

For the duration of this situation, CUCBC will not frown on anyone spinning
immediately upstream of the 'official' spin zone for safety. In addition,
crews piecing round the corner to Baitsbite Lock should be aware that they
may meet crews queuing and spinning slightly upstream of where they'd
normally expect to find them.
