[CUCBC Coxes] Green Flag

The flag is Green.

There are no restrictions on which crews may boat.

Outlook: River levels are dropping, but the stream remains strong. Clubs are reminded that a green flag is not a license to boat, the final decision lies with the cox and coach as to whether that crew is able to handle the conditions and whether an outing will be safe and productive, particularly for novices. We'll continue to monitor flow as water from storm Ciarán moves downstream.
