[CUCBC Coxes] Lighting Tomorrow (09/05)

Dear Captains,

With some forecasts showing lightning during the day tomorrow, we would
like to remind you to be sensible, and assess the conditions before pushing
off.
Remember British Rowing's 30/30 rule:
if the flash to bang time is 30 seconds, or less, find shelter. Stay there
until 30 minutes after the last clap of thunder
Nobody enjoys rowing in a storm.

We'll keep an eye on conditions throughout the day.
