Notes from the Umpires

   - A reminder that all divisions are two hours earlier tomorrow.
   - If you are bumped, it is important that as many rowers who can
   continue rowing even if some cannot.
   - Boats heading to marshalling or rowing home must follow normal
   navigation rules.
   - If you accidentally hit a (narrow) boat, apologise immediately. Be
   careful and do not allow yourself to drift into the narrow boats near
   control when waiting to park at marshalling.
   - If you have cleared to the non-towpath side, after all racing crews
   have passed you may cross to the towpath, but if you do not do so
   immediately, please do not cut up other crews rowing home when you cross.
   - Do not cause queues/congestion on the way to marshalling.
   - If any crews stationed 10 downwards find a set of keys, please hand
   them into Control.

Fines

   - Christ's W1 - cleared into stationary crew - £50
   - Clare Hall M1 - poor clearing - £50
   - Clare M1 - Public urination - £75
