[CUCBC Coxes] Lent Bumps Coxes briefing

Dear Captains and Coxes,
It has been two years since any form of Bumps has been run, and
institutional knowledge regarding safe racing has faded. Before every
series of Bumps races, a coxes' briefing is held, *which must be attended
by all coxes who wish to participate in Bumps.  *
*The same is true this year: all coxes racing in Bumps must attend the
coxing briefing.* *Attendance will be taken during the meeting.*

Any cox found not attending the coxing briefing must explain their
absence to the CUCBC Senior Committee and risk being removed from the
Bumping Races.
Any cox who believes they have a genuine reason to miss the Coxes' briefing
must email Mark Jacobs, CUCBC Safety Advisor, mark at cucbc.org

In the past, there had been two sessions: one for novice coxes, one for
senior coxes. There will only be one this year, at *7:15pm Sunday 27th
February via MS Teams*
