The flag is Green. There are no restrictions on which crews may boat. Outlook: Quite gusty, but not currently worthy of yellow flag. However, a green flag is not license for all crews to boat, and each crew should make a careful assessment of the conditions before deciding whether or not it is appropriate for them to go out.
