[CUCBC Coxes] Green Flag

The flag is Green.

There are no restrictions on which crews may boat.

Outlook: Forecast for 11am tomorrow looks to be on the margin between green and yellow. Committee will be keeping an eye on the conditions and will reassess tomorrow morning but the current intent is to leave the flag green unless things fail to improve as forecast.

Please remember that a green flag is not the same thing as saying every novice crew must boat. Coxes and coaches are still responsible for making a decision as to whether a crew ought to go out, and *both* must be happy for an outing to proceed.
