The river is closed, except to tub pairs between Jesus Lock and Chesterton and University crews with the express permission of their Head Coach.

Outlook: Winds are forecast to remain high for most of the morning. Additionally, there are multiple trees which have been blown over and are blocking parts of the river and towpath.
