To follow up on the last email, here are further details regarding coxing
briefing requirements:

Every cox competing in bumps is required to attend one of these meetings.
In exceptional circumstances, coxes may send a representative, but please
remember that the rules for coxes not attending the pre-Bumps briefing have
changed in line with the previous Captains' meeting.

Senior coxes may now be represented by another cox from your club (who may
also be there as the cox of their own crew) - rowers are no longer
acceptable representatives. Novice coxes (i.e. those who have not competed
in Bumps before as a cox) may be absent only by prior agreement - email
Mark (mark at cucbc.org) if this applies to anyone in your club. We will be
keeping an eye out for any clubs which seem to be suspiciously short on
actual representatives; one per club is not acceptable.

Dear All,

Apologies for the late notice for the pre-bumps meetings, we are still
confirming the venue for these but they will be held on Sunday 25 February
(this week).

Below are the timings for these meetings. A reminder that all coxes MUST
attend one of the Coxes Briefings. Anyone who has coxed Lents or Mays
before may attend the Senior Coxes briefing, while anyone has has not coxed
Bumps before MUST attend the Novice Coxes briefing:

18:00-18:30 - Captains
18:30-19:15 - Umpires
19:15-19:45 - Senior coxes
19:45-20:30 - Novice coxes

Any problems feel free to get in touch!

Best,

Sam
