From flag at cucbc.org Sun Apr 1 08:15:09 2018 From: flag at cucbc.org (flag at cucbc.org) Date: Sun, 01 Apr 2018 09:15:09 +0100 Subject: [CUCBC Coxes] Red Flag Message-ID: The flag is Red. The river is closed to all crews. Outlook: Rumours are afoot that pirates have taken to the Cam and are marauding up and down the river! There are further rumours that they have taken the Easter Bunny hostage. CUCBC crews are permitted to boat but are urged not to antagonise or physically engage with these hostile invaders. Please, think of the Bunny. Please be aware that due to excess silt in the locations mentioned in Peter?s email below (basically the inside of the corners), they (and probably some other powered craft) will not necessarily be on the navigation line, nor should you expect them to be able to return to the navigation line to avoid you. As Peter says, hopefully this won?t last too long!
