[CUCBC Coxes] Update: Bumps and GoR start orders

Dear all,

The CUCBC website has been edited to reflect an updated version of the
Bumps provisional start order. In particular, see the changes in the
women's lower-2nd and 3rd Divisions.

Attached is the revised start order for the Getting-On Race. Please note
that several crews have been re-qualified to race Bumps without having to
get on, and have thus been removed from the GoR start order.

Do let me know if your crews will be racing for time-only, and if you have
any further questions or issues with the Getting-On Race timetable.
