[CUCBC Coxes] Coxing out of hours for Town Clubs

Dear Captains

We’ve had some queries regarding the impact of coxing out of hours for town clubs on CUCBC event eligibility (Rule 9).

The current interpretation is that Rule 9 applies to rowers only; coxes may cox with town clubs out of hours whilst remaining eligible for CUCBC events. We intend to reword the rule at the next captains' meeting to make this more explicit.
