[CUCBC Coxes] Lights and Fog

Dear all

When it is foggy *ALL CREWS REQUIRE LIGHTS AT ALL TIMES*. This is to ensure
you are visible to other crews.

Visibility is predicted to be bad tomorrow morning as well so please take
heed of this and make sure you attach bright lights if you are intending to
have an outing tomorrow.

Just because the flag is green does not mean it is appropriate for a given
crew to boat, you have to make that assessment yourselves. It is the
responsibility of your cox and coach to decide if your crew is capable of
handling the conditions.
