Dear all
With the temperatures so low at the moment it is incredibly important to
keep crews moving.
To that end please do not park in the spinning areas. Please spin and clear
as quickly as possible. Yesterday crews were having to wait 10 minutes or
more to proceed and were freezing in the meantime.
Also please remember that boats must have lights if the visibility is poor.
Remember that foggy conditions often worsen as the morning progresses and
it is important for other crews to see you.
Please also make sure all your club's lights have fresh batteries as there
are a lot of useless, dim lights around. These are as bad as no lights at
all.
Many thanks
Tom
