Dear College Captains,

I attach a letter to invite any members of the college boat clubs that hold
aspirations to row for CUBC to join the Development squad starting during
the first week of term. 

The dev squad has a strong track record of bridging the gap between the
fastest, most motivated rowers in the college boat clubs and the rowers in
the CUBC squad.

I look forward to seeing all the guys willing to give it a go on the first
week of term ready to produce the fastest combination possible for Henley.
