[CUCBC Coxes] Current River Conditions

Dear Captains / Coxes,

You will have noticed the current level of the river and also the stream.

Although we are currently at a yellow flag, *crews that do boat MUST spin
upstream of the Motorway Bridge*.  The stream makes the area around
Baitsbite lock very dangerous.

Please also be reminded (as usual) that just because a flag permits certain
crews to boat, this doesn't necessarily mean that conditions are appropriate
for your particular crew.
